The resort has magnificent views of the city but not a senior or kid friendly resort. You constantly have to go to the front desk to ask for toilet paper, towels, etc.. they do not fill in water bottle everyday so we have to ask for that as well. Not a lot to do in the area as well. Some staff are nice but mostly rude. My husbands relatives who stayed there for a few weeks almost had enough. The same breakfast meal everyday.

Clogged drainage
Rooms are clean enough but you can see some need of repair. Our first room, was not properly readied, no hot water, no bath mat and no toilet paper, the shower room drain is clogged. We asked to be transferred as there was water seeping on the floor just outside the bathroom. At first, the reception told us that she will have it look at and was reluctant to move us. But because it is drainage issue, we insisted that they need to move us to another room as you don't know how bad it is. The next room was better .

The view is amazing! The kids loved the pool and the room is clean. Hopefully they can give us more towels especially I have kids. But overall it’s a good experience. The staff are pleasant and nice . I will come back again with my family.

The photo in the advert was quite deceiving, the physical set-up was not the same, the service as well was quite poor, we ordered food and it was sent quite late when asked the staff said that we did not give them the room number, but they’re quite fast to ask us for payment. My total experience was utterly disappointing.

Great atmosphere, lodging just ok
The grounds were amazing absolutely beautiful and the food at the restaurant and coffee house were 5 star. The room was just ok once you get past the aunt invasion, drapes falling off the windows, smell from bathroom drains, A/C worked well but taped together to hold parts in place and broken chairs on balcony made the experience a bit underwhelming. They seemed to have newer units but unavailable for us.

The pools were very clean and the water was warm. No towels at the pool, must bring your own... shower at the pool and in the room, ICE COLD... numerous shaded tables around the pool, all cost 4.5k peso... thats more than my room cost. All water served and available is "Natural Alkaline Water" tastes like well water, from a rubber hose. Flocks of beautiful peacocks roam the grounds, beautiful! Superior King room, with the city view is actually looking over the ocean, very nice! Room has a private balcony.

We were late in our check in time it should be 2pm but when we arrived at the location at almost 4pm the reception told us that our room is still NOT YET AVAILABLE and give us another room, we agreed due to we were tired during our travel and the room was okay but it didn't satisfy my expectations the aircon was not cold enaf and it was far away from the pool and restaurant. I hope they can do better than that. But the place was really amazing the amenities and all. Im still looking foward to book to them. I hope the room that we wanted will be available this time or it not available, they will give us the same room amenities that we book. Thanks.

The room was not comfortable to stay in. We had to bring the table and chairs from the balcony to our room because we don’t have anything to put our stuff on. The airconditioner was not cool enough to provide comfortable sleep. The pool was great though.

The view is amazing. You can see the whole city. The 3 pools were also spectacular. The resort is still under construction. I got a standard room which is almost like an office. It’s very loud you can hear everything. The food was good but it was served cold breakfast lunch and dinner.

Inportant Notes: 1. There was no towel and we had to request. 2. The front desk officer does not answer calls (calling both mobile numbers posted on website) 3. The Cable TV does not work. We had to go to the front desk and it turns out that they need to load the calble Tv to work

Far from the city and no shuttle to go to the city
The hotel was very far from the city and they only have shuttle going to the city in the afternoon. You need to pay the taxi plus 300 pesos because the taxi is coming from the city empty. When we got there by taxi, nobody was there to assist us with our luggage so we didn't even bother to get assistance when we checked out. The room was quite far from the reception area and the road was a bit uphill.

Worth a visit
Food and resort are great for a getaway. Some construction taking place there but did not detract from the beauty of the resort. Will be amazing to see when additions are completed. Only negative was no hot water for shower. Other than that, i would visit there again.

They gave us two coffee packets, but no water or spoons. The soap and shampoo that the gave us were only good for one person. The room was crawling with ants and roaches. No hot water. The fridge had mildew inside because they keep it unplugged. Only two pillows on a king bed. You have to pay for drinking water. The food was good, not high priced. Views were nice, pools seemed clean.

It was just ok, it was a bad lock on our doors, so my fiansee was afraid at night. And we had a room with a balcony but the trees was so tall that we didnt see anything. But the pool was exelent. Food was good but not the breakfest platter. That was bad!!

A nightmare staycation
It was a nightmare!!! Shower is horribly dirty with not enough water running in. Pool was overcrowded. Understaffed. Room is motel like with noisy air conditioner. Food is limited & overpriced. Transportation is ripped off!!!
