Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Straße, dadurch ist es sehr laut. Die Zimmern haben nach Rauch, Urin gestunken. Die Bettwäsche sahen zum Teil nicht gewaschen aus. Einfach nur ekelig.

I am NOT A BOT. This is seriously the best accommodation you can get in Batumi if you are price conscious. Its a slight walk away from the main stuff. But they have breakfast, terraces, tvs, GREAT bathrooms. Best hotel I have stayed at across most of my travels. Amazing.

Das Hotel an und für sich ist gut. Das Zimmer war groß, lag in der 7. Etage und hatte einen riesigen Balkon. Die Möbel waren recht neu und das Zimmer strahlte etwas Positives aus. Vom Balkon konnte man das Schwarze Meer sehen. Leider läuft nach dem Duschen das Wasser sehr schlecht ab. Wohl kein Gefälle im Bad. Es gab auch keinen Abzieher, so dass man mit Handtüchern alles trocken machen musste. Das Zimmer wurde in der gesamten Zeit (3 Nächte) kein einziges Mal gereinigt. Es gab leider auch keine Toilettenbürste. Deutsches TV gibt es nicht, haben wir aber auch nicht erwartet. Das Frühstück macht satt, wenn man möchte, allerdings ist die Auswahl sehr gering. 2 Sorten Wurst, 1 Sorte Käse, gekochte Eier, Brot, löslicher Kaffee, Gurke und Tomate, Cornflakes. Frisches Obst sucht man vergeblich. Nach 10 Minuten ist man durch und geht wieder. Das Personal ist weder freundlich noch unfreundlich, irgendwie neutral. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist absolut ok. Deshalb würden wir dieses Hotel auch wieder wählen, man darf nur die Messlatte nicht allzu hoch ansetzen.

The building next door seems to be building too close to the terrace on our floor and then blocking the terrace on the floor below us completely with a brick wall? We did not like the fireworks, they should be banned! Otherwise a enjoyable stay - thank you!

Room wasn't cleaned on first day. On secon day they left balcony door open so it rained into the room. The room was spacious, but would have appreciated a chair for the desk and on balcony. Breakfast not worth the additional charge.

Clean, friendly and with courteous staff. Couldn’t do enough for us to make our stay pleasant. Even a free bottle of fine Georgian red wine when they found that it was our 1st time in the country. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful. Nana Beladze, the manager is to be commended for the quality of ammenities,staff and service. Highly recommended.

Bardzo dobry czysty nowy hotel, dogodny dojazd do promenady w centrum marszrutką nr.29 autobusy nr. 9, 12, 16. Pieszo ck.10 min. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna, bardzo się starają aby goście czuli się dobrze i komfortowo! Pani meneger, również cudowna! Śniadania bardzo dobre sery, wedliny, sałatki, płatki i owoce- każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie.. Naprawdę z ponad 200 odwiedzonych hoteli w skali od 1-10 oceniam na 9,3 naprawdę polecam !!!!
