superior king bed room was spacious and clean - kind of refurbished condition. breakfast was average - not much choices. access to the hotel lobby from the main entrance was terrible bcoz of steep staircase - not friendly at all to senior citizens, not convenient for luggage drop off etc. overall, considered okay for short stay.

Room furniture was quite old and several TV channels did not work. Breakfast with buffet style was a nice touch, but it wasn't prepared on time as stipulated (7-10am, but was only ready at 7:30am).

We came into the room with water gushing out of the sink, though no one is using and the floor of room wet as well. Called the front desk and theyvask us to wait for maintenance. It was so horrible we could not wait and asked them for another room and that took a while

A second chance visit after 5years and concluded

First walk in the room and check the shower room. There is no shampoo or body wash soap/liquid and the dustbin is full of used tissue papers unclear. The towel looks old and smelly. The worst part of overall experience is that the receptionist called me at 11pm when I was almost asleep to adjust my car so that two lots of car park can fit in 3car as suggested by the security guard while there are ample of empty carpark. After goto bed I can't barely sleep.

Corridor needs to be refurbished looks like you entered some office building. Towels are unchanged. Breakfast is pathetic. Foul smell in the lift. Shopping mall linked to the hotel is empty.

Wonderful service

This hotel has improved a lot especially its breakfast. The breakfast place has been moved to fourth floor with decent choices of breakfast meals. The guards are attentive and would most of the time open the door for you. The staff at reception and breakfast buffet are friendly especially when you start a conversation with them. The Summit Shopping Complex next door, eventhough with not that many shops left still offer decent choices of Halal Thai restaurant, Target supermarket and various shops offering myriad products and services.

自転車の旅で一人でこのホテルに泊まりました。部屋は最上階でとても見晴らしがよく、とても清潔で快適に過ごすことができました。ホテルの下階はレストランやショッピイングモールとなっていてとっても便利でした。また機会があれば泊まりたいと思います。
