「This hotel has many serious issues. The room and common areas had an unpleasant smell. The bath towels, pillows, and bedsheets were dirty and did not appear properly cleaned. Carpet is bad and dirty. The mattresses were worn out and extremely thin, with the springs almost coming through, making them very uncomfortable to sleep on. 「夜班staff super friendly and make me feel geniuenly welcomed. 我也喜歡logo bathrobe, coaster, slippers，早餐的 質感都很高級，在買酒不那麼方便的Malaysia 附屬餐廳的酒吧也能用還能接受的價格提供美味的葡萄酒（還用冰桶送到房間！）spa 的性價比也很棒，按摩師專業手技鬆柔放鬆，唯一小小奇怪的是我從境外訂一晚、入境訂一晚，兩晚價差250%！是否要用vpn 或請當地朋友預訂」

「The mattresses, sheets, and pillows were all very comfortable, which is essential for travelers. The indoor swimming pool, though small, had a nice ambiance and lighting design, especially in the evenings. All the staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help me, a traveler with limited English skills, for which I am very grateful.」
