「Our whole experience was welcoming from our check in to check out. The service from the front desk, to the laundry and dining in was perfect. 」

「Sunaqua is located at the wrong end of Pasikudah beach. The beach in front of the hotel is too shallow and rocky for swimming. you can walk to the public beach to swimming however the public beach is busy during weekend. Other than that, the hotel itself is pretty good. It even provides ladies sanitary items which comes very handy and this shows hotel's attention to detail. 」

「We loved Passi Villas- it’s very quiet, pool was great and food was great. We had half board with fresh pastries fruit and eggs for breakfast and for dinner a 3-4 course meal- I had the fish every night which was different daily The management leave you alone and you have the manager’s phone number if you need anything urgently. 「It was unique in that it wasn’t in the place shown on the map. The local people had never heard of it. and they didn’t reply to phone calls. I didn’t stay there because I couldn’t find it! It’s not on Main st, as they claim . I doubt if I will get a refund. Annoyed. 」
