The bed was comfortable. Carpet had large stains, only one light bulb was working in the bathroom so a little dark, tv had 5 channels but 3 were frozen sreadfast and the others froze intermittently. Room key wouldn't work on outside doors so needed to enter through main entrance. Staff were friendly especizlly housekeeping as she had to let us in the back dood when our key wouldn't work. The key worked fine for the room.

Pleasant and comfortable stay

Overall the experience was pleasant, the staff was helpful and friendly. The room had all basic necessities like fridge, microwave, coffee machine and buffet breakfast included. The only issue I have is the bathroom needs proper mildew and mold treatment done.

Stay here if you want no soap in the room, a toilet that will not flush properly, no elevator, more attention to answering the phone at the front desk then serving the counter, in room phones not working. On the positive side counter person was helpful and breakfast was great!

Unrespectable breakfast employe

I had a beautiful service front Day front desk, the big problem was at breakfast, noisy toaster, staff unrespectable. The boy was stop the tv since we are looking for, put the food making noise to let us know to quit. He never be sorry, we think it had fun to act like this. Very bad breakfast experience. Pretty sure don’t go back in confort inn.
