「The staff are excellent. When we arrived, we were shown to a building with NO elevator. Because I have a neuromuscular disorder, I require an elevator. the staff switched us to such a building immediately. The staff at the buffet seated us near the buffet so my husband didn't have to bring my food far. Food was delicious with different foods every day. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful. 「I will not go back this resort in future. Location and properties were good but the staffs are not friendly and some of them has attitude . Breakfast menu is almost the same everyday and most are deep fried and all food rich with oil. For the dinner, you have to make a reservation, you can not just go eat within time limit (not the buffet style)and need to set up the time , the menu is not much to choice.
