Not a typical Days Inn at all...holes in curtains, bed sheets were very wrinkled, not good quality, hard bed, absolutely no amenities, could not shut bathroom door, water leaking, shotty construction work, fuzzy quality TV

It’s not fancy, but it’s not far from town. The room and bedding was clean. It has a pool that overlooks the beautiful ozarks. The breakfast was simple, but it had plenty of options, more than a grab and go. It looks like it was probably an older motel that people have updated. The lady at the front was very nice. I would stay here again.

The rooms are ok they're clean but thats it. The Days Inn in Mountain Home is better. The check in was cool the guy was polite and courteous but this morning I go down to the lobby to try the breakfast and when i get there girl working behind the counter gives me a weird look. I figured she was probably asking herself if I really had a room there or but when she asked me I decided right then i would never come back. Yes its petty but something just rubbed me wrong about her asking.

The property was close to the facility we were visiting. There was no hot water in the sink. Bathroom shower had hot water. The lamp did not work. The staff were very nice and fixed the fire alarm which was going off as we entered the room. I didn't complain about the lamp other than get another bulb which didn't help at all. The beds and towels were clean and beds comfortable. No hair dryer in the room. This is a bare bones hotel. No breakfast.

The room was very clean. I will give the staff credit for that, however general maintenance of the room was not good. Shower curtain rail was about to fall off, no hair dryer, no iron board (but was a rack for it and an iron), no sink stopper, mold on ceiling in bathroom, door dead bolt could not work due to door frame being off, security lock missing, shower head was loose, etc. In addition, the front desk entrance was locked/not staffed and needed a door bell or phone call to a number on the door.

Expedia’s exterior property photo is bogus. Also listed as “free breakfast.” There was NO breakfast. NO coffee in the lobby, and NO coffee pot in the room. Maintenance neglected Room had missing trim and poorly patched holes in the walls. Noisy AC compressor after five minutes running, and old mattresses. It was clean, tho, and pillows seemed new. Both Expedia and Wyndham should be ashamed at false/incorrect advertising and room 113’s poor condition.

Listing said breakfast was included -- hasn't been for a long time -- night clerk said, "Oh, he was supposed to take that down a long time ago." No coffee in rooms. Room reeked of cigarette smoke. Sheets were threadbare, towels were too. Wallpaper peeling off walls. Stayed here 40 years ago on honeymoon -- disappointed. Only positive is that the view is nice after all the trucks leave.

There was no smoke detector, wall paper and ceiling was peeling, complimentary breakfast and pool were out of service. I understand its under new ownership and in the middle of an update but not great.

This hotel staff was not available to check us in. It took 30 minutes to get them to answer the phone while we sat outside the hotel waiting to check in. Then we got 2 rooms on different floors instead of close to each other. Overall, very disappointing.

The friendliest staff. I was very impressed with the staff. Our TV did not work when we arrived but I went to the front desk and someone came immediately and showed us what was wrong and fixed it. I've stayed here a few times when I come to Batesville to visit my great nephew. The view from the motel is awesome.

Good stay at a great price.
Everything with the stay was good. The service was outstanding. The room was decent, it was clean and a good bargain for what we paid. The room wasn't spectacular. It was clean enough, but did look like it was aging.
