Lovely location and good views from a balcony room. Okay facilities (no toaster was disappointing), comfortable bed, good shower/bathroom. Only staying one night didn’t give us enough time for lots of detail but certainly seems like a good place to stay 🙂

We have a great view from our room. Each day our room was serviced, brilliant. On the Saturday night it was noisy out on the jetty..multiple parties until all hours, this is off the property but directly out front. Was only the one night though. Room was good size for two. Only issue, the external doors to the balcony were unable to be locked. Not a huge issue, as nobody could access except us, but it still should be fixed. Unfortunately the restaurant and bar at motel weren’t operating but there are great restaurants within walking distance. Overall, great motel, great service, would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at this property, mostly because we had a lovely ground floor waterfront room and everything was easy to walk to from the hotel. The bathroom was a downside with the shower over the bath and very small and quite shabby. The bistro area was closed which was disappointing also as this hadn't been pointed out before our stay and still appeared to be open when looking on google. Overall we would stay again if we could have the same room.

Excellent place to stay, friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble, the bar and bistro was closed which was a bit of a shame, but so many other choices within walking distance, the room was relaxing, comfortable, convenient and perfect location, Batemans Bay you are simply stunning!

Check in staff were great,they were advised security/safety chain was not connected to frame,but after 4 days not corrected, room clean but table lamp globes have not been cleand for a long time😷😷

The property seemed to jave a modern renovation done however it was done in a very cheap way. The bed had no bed head so as soon as you sat down it moved. There was a coffee table that had uneven legs. The shower head was in the bathtub but tne problem was it faced the wrong way and you could not get under it properly. We could hear the people adjoining our room everything they were doing in the toilet. There was always people talking and laughing even at 3.30 in the morning. Would never stay there again.

Can’t beat the location. Right in town and on the foreshore. Beautiful place to visit. There were some lovely touches like free beverages in the room, and it had all of the amenities needed. Designer room was a stretch and it was in a very old and tired building. There isn’t anyone keeping an eye on things overnight so at midnight there was a very noisy party in the pool which my balcony backed onto, resulting in very little sleep. To be fair, the pool is locked overnight and these people were obviously doing the wrong thing. Parking was a little tricky with a large SUV and some other guests who struggled to park in the lines. Had a nice dinner at the attached bar/bistro. Staff were helpful and friendly.
