Poorly maintained. Air conditioning blowing hot air. Exhaust fan filthy. Bbq area disgraceful, shopping trolley left there and rubbish hadn’t been removed for quite a while.

The unit was clean and tidy but area outside unit was unswept with leaves present which you walked into the unit.No type of carpet sweeper or similar was in the unit to be used in this situation. There was tea & coffee,electric jug & microwave but sadly NO milk pods to enjoy a brew after the long drive. First time I've stayed in a motel where no milk was provided in the fridge.May have been an oversight, otherwise our stay was comfortable.

Hot water didn’t work or drainage . Bathroom flooded when in shower. Dirty dishes in cupboard . Not a clean environment . Pool was dirty also !

The property facilities were dated, dirty and the sofa bed sheets had crumbs throughout them that we noticed when we unfolded the bed for our son. The air conditioner did its job however had a continuous hum…the staff interaction was minimal and basic in approach.

Stayed for one night only as a stop over towards Sydney. It was a clean comfortable room. Easy check in and close to main shopping area and cafes. Parking was available and had good amenities inside the room.

Great hotel and helpful owner
While we wanted to stay here, with the Optus outage, our booking was not communicated to the hotel. As we arrived late in the evening, the place was booked out (and I could see why this was a popular place). The owner was so helpful and even recommended another place for us, which I really appreciated. The refund was done very promptly, too.

No spare supply of toilet paper or facial tissues to replace quantity used. Could have been provided with dishwashing liquid and tea towel to aid washing of cups / plates etc between usage rather than rely on just rinsing out.

I have stayed at this motel a few times but this time the aircon unit was only blowing out cold air. I had to rug up in several clothing layers and get into bed to get warm. Not good so I will look elsewhere next time.
