「Absolutely beautiful property. Owner was super friendly and helpful. Always available. Restaurant on site was very good. We ate our meals overlooking the ocean. Rather remote property, so get some extras you might need from the store on your way. Perfect for a quiet getaway or to do some writing or work. Even a solo trip. Bed and linens were top notch comfortable, as were the toiletries, also. Request a downstairs room if possible to help have a cooler room if going during the hotter...

「This hotel can’t cost 110 usd (price I paid for one night). Terrible experience with very noisy air conditioner, very small and unconformable room and breakfast with very limited chose to 1 pancake and 1 egg.. if you want more, pay extra. Never seen like that in my experience before.. 」

「Great Staff, very comfortable bed, room clean. Hotel and rooms need facelift, many parts have peeling paint of worn down areas. Pool is nice with great Ocean View. Restaurant is ok not great」

「The place is great, especially because it’s so close to SM City Lipa and the terminals, just a 3 to 5 minute walk. Super convenient. I booked a basic double room and it was okay for the price. It can get a bit bright at night because of the curtains and outside lights, and you might hear some noise from outside or nearby rooms. I’d probably try the deluxe room next time. Breakfast was really good. I just wish it already came as a full meal instead of adding rice separately. Room delivery is 20...
