Suelo desayunar en el restaurante del hotel y a menudo me atiende una camarera cuya actitud es muy desagradable, lo cual daña mucho la imagen que tengo del hotel. En otros aspectos, el hotel está bastante bien.

Location is good, good view, clean. But they didnt have my reservation and wanted me initially to pay again. It took 45 minutes to checkin and to solve it somehow. From an administrative point of view a complete mess. Terrible/No communication before arrival, no answer to questions, no ...
