"The hotel is literally beside (next door) the Batam Centre ferry terminal, so it was very convenient for us. And Mega Mall is just opposite the hotel. It is also very easy and convenient to go places with GrabCar. We enjoyed our stay at Harris Hotel Batam Centre (first time in a hotel with bolsters which help with good sleep 😅) and the good service and hospitality of its staff. We will not hesitate to stay here again. "

"The property was beautiful and picturesque. Breakfast was good. The villa was spotless and very comfortable. Downside was the villa was right by a tennis court of some sort and they were having a game and were noisy late at night as we were trying to sleep. That was only the first night and the next few nights was better."
