「Everything was excellent! 」

「Excellent lodging! We had two spacious rooms, each with a private bath, that looked like new builds. Daily room cleaning. Full breakfast every morning included. Sergio is so nice and sets up any tours and transportation that you would like. Wonderful experience! I highly recommend!」

「Die Anlagen auf dem die kleinen Häuschen stehen, ist ein Traum. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und lädt zum erkunden ein. Das Häuschen selbst hat alles was man braucht, sogar eine Hängematte ist vorhanden. Unser Highlight war aber definitiv Kira, die freundliche Haushündin mit der rosa Schleife.」

「This was a wonderful hotel. Can't say enought good things about it. When we checked in we were told the story of the hotel's social responsibility. During our stay the staff and managers were very friendly and hospitable. They joined in my Kids' excitement of seeing birds and animals on our hikes. Our room on check-in had an issue and they switched us right away, later letting us know that the issue was dealt with an resolved. During our stay we were given multiple restaurant recommendations...

「I stayed two nights in a private room, the ladies on reception were so friendly and helpful with helping book my activities, they’ve really created a welcoming and chilled vibe. The kitchen and outdoor area is lovely. There’s everything you need both in the property and nearby. It was very chilly at night but was provided with extra blankets, the strong wind was a little noisy with plants hitting my window but I didn’t mind and always take earplugs in case of outside noise. It was super clean....

「Treehouse was an amazing experience, only one thing to consider. It was a little cooler than expected and the space lacked a unit to provide heat. 」

「酒店位于山上，条件还行服务合格但说不上非常好。也许是因为我们刚从La Fortuna最好的酒店过来，也许是因为前面关于这个酒店的评语都太好了把我的期望抬高了，毕竟这个酒店价格不是很高，只有La Fortuna的酒店一半价格，甚至连一半也不到。这样看就还是可以的，但是我还是坚持给四个星，因为我最不满意的是房间没有遮光窗帘，我天天五点多就被亮光叫醒，另外我不喜欢高枕头，所以觉得枕头太高，最后一天我只能枕浴巾。」

「Room was clean, Staff were super. Food was good. Missed the hot tub - never saw it. One minor suggestion would be to install even the smallest of space heaters into the rooms to help take the chill and dampness out on those cool nights and mornings. It was about 15C during our visit.」

Mauricio was really great, knowledgeable, warm and engaging! I highly recommend. The cottage was nice and we would definitely stay again. Great location and views! I would personally recommend having 4x4」
