「Great location, a block away from Gare de Lyon and many nice restaurants close by. The staff were extremely friendly and eager to help. Only minus was the elevator didn’t go all the way to the lobby level so I’m not sure what accommodation they have for guests who cannot climb a few stairs. 」

「Somehow they missed my booking of 2 rooms and only reserved one room for me when I checked in. Yet, the staff helped and arranged another Ibis hotel nearby and accommodated my needs. I am happy for that although I made extra effort that night and the other day to swap the hotel. Not sure it is hotels.com problem or the hotel's issue.」

「Emplacement juste à quelques minutes de marche de la gare de Lyon, personnel très accueillant et hôtel petit mais mignon et propre. On y reviendra dans hésitation 」

「大型連鎖式酒店質素, 唯入住時正值大裝修時間, 大堂, 樓梯, 各層電梯大堂, 游泳池皆正在圍板裝修, 酒店每晚皆在變化中, 退房當天, 酒店大堂已有一半裝修完成, 設計時尚典雅, 應該環境不錯. 酒店早餐一貫Novotel水準, 豐富, 多樣化, 值得一讚! 2大2細入住4人房, 房間大. 另, 健身室亦空間感充足. 酒店位於非常大的里昂火車/地鐵站Hall 1旁, 該火車站共有5個Hall,一出Hall 1就在旁邊. 交通方便.」

「Passei apenas uma noite nesse hotel em razão de uma conexão trem/avião e não poderia ter feito melhor escolha. A impressão foi a melhor possível. O hotel fica na calçada da Gare da qual eu precisava ficar perto. O quarto é ótimo para o padrão Íbis, maior do que o habitual, com ótimo banheiro e super limpo. O café da manhã é fauper honesto e variado. Enfim, recomendo.」
