Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
¡El peor hotel en el que he estado en mi vida! Primero, nada más llegar, nos dicen que no tiene habitaciones, que nos vayamos a otro hotel. Tras discutir con ellos con la reserva ya pagada en Expedia, por fin nos dejan quedarnos (no lo entiendo, ¡sí tienen habitaciones!). Nos hacen rellenar un formulario de 4 páginas con mil datos, perdiendo media hora, cuando son las 11 de la noche y llevamos 8 horas en moto para llegar, cansadísimos. Cuando por fin nos llevan a la habitación, es un cuchitril de suciedad, con sábanas que no se han lavado desde que las compraron, un colchón como una tabla, y lo peor de todo, el aire acondicionado patético que no prácticamente no funciona, por lo que no pudimos dormir casi nada, sin para de sudar toda la noche. JAMÁS vayais a esta basura de hotel.

The hotel said they had not received my bookings evening though they confirmed it on email. The manager told me they were fully booked and we couldn’t stay there which I find hard to believe. The manager and his colleague even laughed a couple of times between themselves while this was going on. I found that insulting.
