Truly Verona

"Clean with good A/C. Paying for location not luxury. Walking was easy to the Arena and the other direction to the river. Difficult cobblestones to drag luggage. Recommend taxi from train to apartment and avoid the workout. Didnt receive the laborious online checkin complete with uploading passports until an hour before arrival. Trying to complete checkin while in the train station was challenging. Then we arrived at checkin location and had to drag our luggage to another location for the apt instead of a direct taxi. The foldout couch was tricky. Pull the back down which is opposite of couches ive been used to. Never able to use the gas stove top. Hot water using the nespresso machine for tea. Overall a very nice clean room. Shower was small but good water pressure. Has W/D but didn’t use. No microwave but has an oven."

"Lovely, traditional family ran Hotel, with a perfect location within Sirmione. Just a couple of minutes walk from the busy center, it is close enough, yet set back so quiet with lake side access. Would love to go back to Lake Garda, and Sirmione would most likely be where we went, and if we did- Then Hotel Serenella would definitely be where i would want to stay"

"Accommodation basic but clean and had what we needed - bear in mind that you’ll need to pay to hire sheets and towels if not bringing them. Pool was good and site right next to Lake Garda, near the beach and a couple of bars. We enjoyed a few days there."

"The hotel is located in the heart of the old town. The charming building has well appointed rooms - nicely decorated, very clean and comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful. We were traveling by car and they helped us with instructions for parking and getting the shuttle to and from the hotel. The breakfast was served in the restaurant nearby and was excellent. We would definitely stay there again."
