「The property is not maintained properly and lacks basic cleanliness. Management & Policies: The management is poor, and the existing policies are not customer-friendly. Location & Environment: The property is situated in an unfavorable location that is extremely dusty.」

「Restaurant staff needs to be more interactive as they seems to be more ingrossed in talking among themselves instead of looking at the guest for what they need.」

「The staff was very nice and courteous. However the room was not. The bathroom had a weird pee smell all the time. 」

「We did not have breakfast.. However the room was very clean and spacious as we had the Luxury Room. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was pretty good too.」

「A very pleasant stay」

「Check in denied on the bookings made through Hotel.com.. had to settle the entire room rate on cash. The check-in formalities took a lot more time than normal. Would not stay at the hotel again」

「The property was not at all maintained. Lack of staff. The lifts were also broken and did not work. My dad is 77 years old and had to go up and down the stairs to the second floor to our room. It was raining and the steps were wet and very dangerous. Star. Kept saying it will be fixed but it never was. Never staying at this hotel again.」

「Freez not clean also not working 」
