The gentleman who checked us in was extremely pleasant and helpful. Every staff member we encountered was pleasant. Breakfast was amazing, varied and ample. The room was spacious with a lovely view. Parking was extremely convenient and easy. The location was also very good, only a 15 minute walk to the Ponte Vecchio. We give this hotel an overall rating of 4 rather than 5 because it feels outdated and could use a renovation.

Nice hotel was definitely greatr when opened in the 80s as it looks and not much done since. But staff is very friendly, parking in front of the hotel and close to the city center.

Couldn't be better for the staying. Minus was there was some noises from handball girls team that was a bit loud in the corridor but it's not the hotels fault. Otherwise everything was great and the staff was really service minded not usual for being in Italy.

Clean, quiet room with a distant view of the town and mountains. The bed was extremely comfortable and I especially liked the sunken bath in the bathroom. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Great selection available at breakfast. Excellent value for money.

Reception staff were very friendly and welcoming although the staff serving at breakfast were not friendly as all. Varied selection available at breakfast. Room was clean and spacious and the bathroom had a great sunken bath. Bed was extremely comfortable. Great location-only a ten minute walk from the town centre and train station. Excellent value for money.

Assolutamente consigliato!

Hotel molto pulito, servizio impeccabile e gentile. La posizione è perfetta per raggiungere il centro a piedi, c'è la possibilità di parcheggiare gratuitamente in zona oppure usufruire del servizio garage a pagamento. L'unica pecca che ho trovato sono i cuscini un po' troppo bassi e duri. Consiglio comunque molto questo hotel!

la Struttura è molto datata e si vede in tutte le sue parti, però tutto è in ordine, pulito e ben curato. La camera è ampia e confortevole , il bagno nella norma. buona la colazione e personale molto gentile e disponibile. Se ci si vuole fermare a cena bisogna andare nell'altro loro hotel che dista circa 300 mt , che solo in caso di pioggia può essere un difetto, anche perchè lo consiglio vivamente in quanto si mangia benissimo. Sicuramente una struttura che riutilizzerò se sono in zona.
