Our room was very clean and spacious and although it looked on to the main road there was very little noise. The maid was very friendly, polite and helpful but we found the reception staff a little standoffish with no warmth. The breakfast was good and varied.

I recommend!

- Very well located between the train station and the centre of the old town. All walkable within a few minutes. - Friendly staff. - Very clean, especially the bathroom which is a big plus. - Good breakfast included. - If any renovations are upcoming, it would be nice to replace the carpet with wood. That’s the only detail. - City tax is expensive!

Va bene essere ecologici ma in un albergo che ha 4 stelle nn esiste non trovare nessuna cuffia monouso per la doccia, ciabattine mentre nelle foto ci sono così come nn c’è nessuna crema (manco nel dispenser). Parcheggio a sorpresa dal costo di 12 euro … insomma era Bassano e nn Milano

avevo prenotato una camera DOPPIA DELUXE. La qualità della camera era la seguente: il rubinetto del lavandino spandeva, la lampada del poggiatesta era rotta, la moquette datata e puzzava di polvere, lo scalda salviette piano di ruggine!! un'indecenza per il prezzo pagato. e hanno il coraggio di dichiararle ristrutturata nel 2017??

We enjoyed the feeling of an old hotel. Just on the boundary of the old town, so walkable, but at the same time you can escape the crowds towards the end of the day. Free breakfast was also nice with great coffee. Recommend it.

Fué una estancia muy cómoda, con una atención excelente, las instalaciones limpias!!! Su úbicación es extraordinaria, puedes caminar al centro de Bassano que esta muy bonito. Cerca de bares, museos, restaurantes. Su distancia a la estación de tren Muy cerca y puedes viajar y regresar el mismo día a otras ciudades. Verona, Milano, Venecia
