Muchísimo ruido del tráfico y de peleas y gritos continuos en la plaza donde daban las ventanas,ha sido horrible. Era una tercera planta y no nos informaron que el ascensor lleva tiempo estropeado」

Expedia advertised that there was a fridge and clothes washer. Neither were present in the room. Not appropriate! We were told that there a fridge in the office but that could only be utilised on request but not accessed after 6.30pm as the office would then be closed. Our bedroom was sparsely furnished...
