「The hotel was clean and the rooms were good. The staff were very good and helpful. Breakfast as also good. The location is tough to reach by car. The valet parking was good but there is not really a good place to stop in front of hotel. Our air conditioning went out on day two. They gave us another room which also the air conditioning did not work on room 3 we got one that did. The location is not great there are not many restaurants near by and you will need to take a taxi or drive with...

「Everything is good but the AC simply doesn’t cool down the rooms. I prefer to sleep at 20 degrees and even though it is winter time, the room was at 24 degrees after the ac worked whole night. This is not my first time in here, this is always the case. 」

「Toilet, shower floor, sink badly stained from years of use. Wood floor coming up. Missed cleaning areas of soap scum in shower stall and dirt on windows. Heat is not controlled by room thermostat. Bedding was clean. Breakfast was OK Staff is used to the issues and we got a blank stare when we mentioned the issues. Hotel needs a refurb.」
