Near BCC and bus station
The room is compact and clean. There is a lounge on each floor with good space to hang out with friends. Basel card is very useful for transportation and museum. Wifi speed is a bit slow. The lobby bar is good and cozy. Staffs are very friendly.

Gut und doch ruhig gelegenes City Hotel
Das Hotel ist ideal und doch ruhig gelegen. Personal an der Reception und beim Frühstück sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück ist top, grosse Auswahl und gute Qualität. Unbedingt dazu buchen. Das Appartmentzimmer ist gross gut eingerichtet. Sehr sauber. Es hat sogar eine kleine Küche, Perfekt für Familien. Tramstation wenige Meter entfernt.

Great hotel.
Our stay was perfect. Location is very good to access the city centre by foot or they will supply a free travel permit for the duration of your visit on all public transport. When you come from the airport you don't need to buy a bus ticket to your hotel as your hotel reservation entitles you to free travel. Over all great experience with and in the hotel. Will stay again.

O hotel é muito bonito e conta com uma equipe poliglota que lhe atende muito bem. Os quartos são espaçosos e confortáveis, bem como os banheiros. O café da manhã é rico em vários itens e possui variedade de frutas. Nada faltará para a sua refeição. O quarto conta com chaleira elétrica, café e chás repostos diariamente, bem como 2 garrafas de água na primeira diária. Disponível no banheiro há hidratante para corpo e mãos e sabonete líquido (para mãos, corpo e cabelo). Voltaria a me hospedar, pois fica próximo à estação Basel Bad, bem como à parada de ônibus da linha 30 que te leva rápido e confortavelmente ao centro da cidade e à estação Basel Hauptbahnhof. Ah, e o hotel fornece acesso gratuito ao transporte público.

Hôtel sympa bien situé! La chambre n’est pas chère mais le réceptionniste très sympa a essayé de me vendre au moins 3 fois le petit-déjeuner alors que je lui ai dit que l’on ne mangeait pas le matin. La chambre avait été mal nettoyée, il y avait encore des papiers par terre des anciens clients!

Gut wie immer, nur der Maler störte etwas.
Das Hotel bot den gleichen guten Service wie im letzten Jahr und auch das Zimmer war wieder gut, leider waren die Flure durch Malerarbeiten etwas weniger gut wegen der Malerplane und dem Farbgeruch überall. Das war nicht wirklich gut, aber wohl auch nicht zu vermeiden.
