「The hotel was clean and nice. Our rooms were ready a little early. Staff was nice. I really enjoyed the lady that worked at the breakfast that was from over the river in Hamilton. She was such a great friendly worker. You should be proud of her, went out of her way above and beyond to take care of my daughter-in-law‘s baby and make coffee for her! What an excellent worker! 「The manager, (Meena?) was wonderful. I came in after a funeral and she sympathized. She helped me with my cell phone settings. The next moring I fell and hit my forehead and she gave me ice and a washcloth, encouraged me to stay longer, even called me later in the day to see if I was OK. I felt very well cared for.
