「The mattress in room 434 is absolutely terrible , hard and very very uncomfortable. The Restaurant food was good once the order was brought right . Was never offered a discount or an appetizer to make it right . Other than that front desk staff and amenities were great.」

「Jenny was great to deal with from the first conversation. We had some power issues in the morning but she dealt with it swiftly and made sure our stay comfort was not compromised.」
