Unfortunately my door code didn’t work but that was resolved fairly quickly via WhatsApp. The big issue was it was extremely hot in Bergamo (33C) and there was no air conditioning. I reached out but was informed it goes on July 1 so the first night was very uncomfortable and difficult to sleep. Fortunately they turned it on Day 2 and it was fabulous. 「The room was a good size and very clean. The food available in the mini fridge and the buns and croissants in the morning were lovely. It is on a very busy and loud street, so the offered earplugs were appreciated. The pillows were very flat and not to my liking, so my sleep was not fantastic. Reception was excellent. When we had trouble reaching a taxi to take us to dinner, we were helped immediately even with no one on site. We had a fantastic dinner because of it. Thank you for a great stay.」

「Our stay at Seety Spartaco Milan was unfortunately disappointing due to a serious issue with the air conditioning. From the moment we arrived, the AC was clearly not working, and despite reporting it multiple times, we were repeatedly told that everything was functioning normally. The room was very uncomfortable, especially at night, and no proper immediate solution was provided. We even requested a fan, but eventually I had to walk to a nearby Carrefour and buy one myself just to make the room...
