"The hotel was terrible. The cleanliness was unacceptable, and the room was in very poor condition. The bed was dirty, the walls were damaged, and the floor was not clean. When we went up to the room, there was loud sexual noise coming from nearby rooms, and other guests were making excessive noise as well. I did not stay and left within 3 minutes of checking in, which meant I lost my money. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Management should do a much better job maintaining the property and ensuring a quiet, clean, and respectful environment for guests."

"This is not a tourist or visitor to NY hotel; it’s literally used by locals in the area for extra curricular activities. Worst off the front desk assistance were horrible. I asked if an early check in was possible, the young lady said yes, but I had to pay $40 cash; asked if they can add it to my bill and she replied no, but there’s an atm behind me to use. There were no smoking signs and warnings about additional fees if caught smoking, but the entire hotel reeked of weed. Bed linen had hair on them, room wasn’t clean; I can go on and on. Avoid this place as if it were the plague."
