「Excellent breakfast」

「The motel room and carpet needs to be cleaned more and the walls also need painting and the window above the kitchen sink needs new kitchen blinds. The curtains hanging in the front window and the rod that holds the curtains needs repair. The chair in the room and the cabinet that holds a customer’s clothes needs to be replaced with a nicer chair and cabinet.」

「We were in town for a wedding and drove four hours to get to the location. I called ahead of time to request an early check in but was told that they do not offer that service. When we arrived at 1pm, the front desk clerk was friendly and was able to get us into a room at that time. The room was spacious and clean. 「The experience was terrible. The toiletries were of very poor quality, and the water was cut off before we checked out without prior notice, leaving us and our child without water to wash our faces and brush our teeth.」

「We checked in easily. The room was clean. The AC worked well. I went looking for a gym but there was none, so I jogged around the parking lot. While eating breakfast, I heard the phone ring-and-ring-and-ring-and ring because the front-desk person was also the breakfast person and they could only do one job at a time.」

「The free parking (which was excellent) was confusing. In order to obtain a parking dongle, you had to check in but there was no where to park when you were trying to check in. Also, if you didn't return the parking dongle, you were charged $20 but you can't exit the parking garage without the dongle. Therefore, you have to exit the garage and find somewhere to park so you can return the dongle and finish checking out. They need to come up with a better method of enabling parking access.」
