"We had an amazing stay at this property. They were friendly and helpful and we had Carlos take us on a golf cart sunset tour on the property and he spotted everything that we could hope to see. Very knowledgeable. And then we had a different gentleman, and I can’t remember his name, do the butterfly and frog walking tour in the morning, and although he could not speak English, we used AI translation and everything was perfect perfectly fine. It was a fantastic tour and he was very knowledgeable and took his time explaining everything. We also were able to see many of the things we sought out. The food in the restaurant was amazing. The pools were warm and clean. Everyone was very friendly. "
