「My experience at Hotel Ventana al Atlántico was extremely disappointing from the moment I arrived. The check-in process was frustrating. There is no front desk or office on-site, and I had no idea how to access my room. I called multiple numbers with no success until another guest gave me the correct phone number. 「We stayed with 2 adults and 1 toddler, I feel like we paid for was what we got. The only hiccup was that Expedia never sent out my contact information and also never told me that they didn’t so I didn’t get an email with the instructions until I called but when I did the owners were super helpful and sent them to me right away. It was in a good location with lots of shops and restaurants/cafes in walking distance. I didn’t have any issues at all during my stay there and would honestly stay there...
