「The room itself and amenities were good, but had an issue checking in. We booked the same day and received a confirmation email from Expedia at 3pm, but no check in instructions from the Surfing Turtle Inn. After calling several times, leaving a voice message and a message on Expedia, we received the check-in instructions hours after booking. We had to wait in random parking lot and finally received the code to open the door at 5pm. So much time was wasted waiting and we didn’t get the chance to...

「My daughter and I absolutely loved this place.」

「good」

「总体还可以。 就是不满意放在外面桌子上的东西都给我冷掉了」

「The room wasn't soundproof, so I could hear outside noises. The price wasn't cheap, and water was extra. It wasn't a good experience.」

「Overall it's a good experience, I can honestly say that The ocean front room view is amazing and worthy of every single penny!!!! Something I recommend is to rent a car so you can always go outside and eat in local restaurant. The restaurants inside the resort is overprice, breakfast food is good and the restaurant Nectar is good. Other restaurant is not worth it. Besides pricey dining, staff that works in the resort are super super friendly and nice!!! Which is also boost my experience. So I...

「Durante nuestra estadía fueron muy amables y la habitación estaba limpia. Recomendado!」

「Everything is 10 times more expensive compare to any other place I visites」

「Worth every penny! Amazing staff, great customer experience!!」

「The place was cozy and nice for the price. Showerhead might need cleaning with vinegar and water as the pressure was weak and TV didnt come with channels set. Other then that. Awesome」

「Todo exelente un lugar acojedor」

「I enjoyed the stay. The home was in a good central location for where I wanted to go while in PR. The room was clean. Easy to check in. The room had everything I needed. A hot plate to cook, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste and mouthwash, parking, and more. Definitely worth the price. I’d stay here again.」

「Entiendo que el proceso de check in se puede agilizar al enviar el pin y el código de acceso, el mismo día que se permita acceder a la propiedad.」
