The nozzle from the bottom of the shower came out and hit me on the leg when I was having a shower. I asked receptionist to get someone to fix it. Someone came to fix it temporarily and the next day they replace it.

I particularly enjoyed the 1 hour complementary kayak rental with my son. The room was spacious, comfy and really nice. The pool and spacious jaccuzzi were really nice as well. Good design!

We were able to secure a room earlier than check in time. Upon entering the room, the room was dirty. The bed sheets were not changed and there were multiple photos taken. I don’t usually complain because I have worked in hotel cleaning and I understand the stress of it. When I spoke with the staff, they offered me an upgrade and then said that they cannot do it because I have a pet with me so they gave me the same room type that was “clean”. While this room was a bit cleaner, it wasn’t clean enough for the price I paid. The mattress was lumpy and I wasn’t going to go back to complain again. Additionally, I was given coupons for stuff to do near the resort and they did not work when I attempted to enter them despite following the process. Check out was long as there’s only one staff and they have to check you out one by one.

I had a suite on the water side. It was nice to have the deck with such a nice view. In the unit itself unfortunately the view of the water was hidden behind drapery that was mounted so you couldn’t pull them to the side. With that there was less natural light also. Such a shame. The unit had a kitchenette that was nice. Easy assess to the unit and a good amount of available parking. Good access to walking and biking trails not to mention the activities also available at the resort.

This is a pet friendly hotel, very clean and room is big, very friendly staff. Construction is next door so check in is in a small room, no lobby for guests. Very quiet area .. minutes away from Blue Mountain Village and nice Collingwood park & beach, will definitely book again!

Property is under renovation so can't properly review it. The construction at the main entrance makes the initial impression less than favourable at this time.

I like the place close to water and upon arrival water side rooms will cost you extra which is not reasonabel. Rooms are not that good having spider webs and beds back rest are torn Whic makes me disappointed .
