「A plumbing problem limit the hot water for 50% of the customers. This was known by the hotel but they never advised us at the registration. We were part of the 50% customers who took a cold shower for the same price and no compensation except they offer us to book at another hotel. Easter weekend in a city with limited offer, we were trap.」

「For what you pay, it’s worth the stay. The place looks not so nice from the outside but the rooms are new and clean. I’ve stayed here 3 times and never had a problem. 」

「First of all, we booked this place expecting to park in front of our room and there was a full parking and we didn’t get to park near our room.. then for breakfast, the lady that served us was really really rude.. to a point where she slammed our plates on the table, each time she served our meals. We don’t mind she got our orders wrong at times but her attitude towards us was really unprofessional. 」
