A Good night sleep!!

Loved the lady at front desk spoke English. I stayed for one night , bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was working great. Is an old property, needs remodeling, especially the wood trim and ceilings. The English theme is nice hence the name.

Book this place after a terrible one night stay in a different hotel. I do not regret it at all. This hotel has everything excellent, comfortable love the place, will definitely stay again. nice hotel, good service, good location

I've stayed here many times, that should say something... I like it, good security, the price is fair, breakfast is good, location is good for my needs, no complaints. some in the front desk do seem to get an attitude when you have a visitor, that should not happen. hotel is starting to look a little worn and there are signs of need of upkeep but overall, I would recommend.

The hotel is nice. The room was a little small, but comfortable. But we couldn’t sleep almost all night long. The music across the street and drunk people singing, screaming, even fighting until 6 am. It was a nightmare. Breakfast was good.

The Hotel is an old hotel, I specifically asked for hot water and this happened maybe twice we stayed for five nights. I called everyday at 9 PM to ask for the hot water. The person at the front desk told me she will call me back and never did, so cold water is what they had. The service at the restaurant was excellent. The person in the morning breakfast is awesome., The person in at the front door is excellent. Also Jean helped us out several times. I think they can do a better job at the front desk. The customer service lacks professionalism. Wanting to sell you a more expensive room when you get there, not returning calls of guests, also a little bit of attitude if you call twice.

Staff was friendly very attentive. I had a guest on the list and i noticed this seemed to present an issue. The young lady at the front desk seemed to have issue with me having a guest visit and she wasnt very nice towards me and my guest. A little embarrassing for me and the guest. And this didnt seem to be a problem with the clerk the prior day so not sure if everyone is communicsting with each other. If I am paying for a room then we as a paying customer should be able to bring in visitors. This is something i have not experienced here in the states. There was a feeling that all of the guests were being micro managed. Other than this issue swrvice was great and everyone was very friendly and accomodating. Very quick to help.
