OK hotel men skuffende morgenmad

Vi sov der 3 nætter i forbindelse med karnevallet. Fint, stort værelse og god seng. Dog var der ingen sikkerhedsboks på værelset, som der skulle have været efter beskrivelsen. Morgenmaden kan de ikke være bekendt. Første morgen var brødet på buffeten gammelt og tørt. Godt nok var det karnevalstid, men ikke mange meter fra hotellet ligger der en bager, som har dejligt friskt brød også på fridage . De 2 næste morgener var brødet en smule friskere, men stadig ikke godt nok. Der er ingen smør - kun margarine.

I arrived at 10:45pm No electricity, after 10 minutes I was able to got my room #314,but once at the room the telephone wasn't working, no AC, not paper toilet, no hands soap. I went to FD and asked for help and at the end they moved me to the next room, that smelled so much to humidity. Next day I went to had my breakfast and ask for 2 fried eggs but the waitress was so rude and answered me that only scrambled eggs was available. During checkout time the front desk agent was very unfriendly. I didn't come back for sure.

Ingrese el jueves 30/10 y el a/a no funcionaba. Me asignaron otra habitación que no estaba acorde con lo que yo había reservado. Tuve que solicitar en 2 ocasiones limpieza de la habitación, ya que aunque había dejado el letrero de limpiar la habitación, no lo hicieron. El desayuno poco agradable. Estuve hospedada hasta el lunes 04 de noviembre y durante el fin de semana ingresaron grupos que hicieron mucho ruido desde temprano y no logré descansar bien, al punto que estuve domingo y lunes con dolor de cabeza. El domingo en la tarde baje al restaurante a cenar y no pude entrar de lo lleno que estaba. Igual me sucedió el lunes al ir a desayunar, por lo que me tocó ir a Pan Santana a desayunar. Expresé mis molestias al hacer check out.

There was no room safe in our Budget hotel.

My friend and I were in town for Carnival 2019. Right away we discovered there was no room safe as advertised. This caused us some grief as we didn't want to go partying with all our valuables. The manager was very considerate and let us put our valuables in her safe. So we counted all our denominations and credit card numbers and passport numbers and documented this in a leger. Not terribly inconvenient but time consuming. My friend was able to access his cash whenever he wanted. Later a small safe was put in our room but I wasn't secured well , so we didn't use it. Other folks had noted cleanliness. I did note some mystery stains on the walls in unusual places. Perhaps a good cleaning of the rooms would help. The beds seemed comfortable and the room on a high floor was relatively quiet. As the price of the room quadrupled for Carnival I cannot say the value is equitable, but as a budget hotel it does exceed expectations. Location is the main benefit here as many cabs were avoided by a short walk to places such as La Troya, the Stadium and other Carnival Events. The hotel is also a good size for Carnival as they had extra staff on to handle the rush.

INCONFORMIDAD - NO ME ENTREGAN FACTURA

Esta reserva es corporativa, cuando hice esta reserva utilice la opción de PAGO EN EL HOTEL y claramente salio un mensaje que no cobrarían nada, que se pagaría todo directamente en el hotel; para nosotros como empresa es muy importante utilizar esta opción, pues requerimos la factura que nos da el hotel a nombre de nuestra compañía, no nos sirve el recibo de pago que se puede generar desde la pagina de hoteles.com. Esto siempre lo hacemos en nuestras reservas dentro y fuera del país. Pero este hotel MS no respeto esta clausula y anticipadamente cargo a la tarjeta de crédito con la que había hecho la reserva y la cual había puesto solo como respaldo. Cuando la huésped hizo su check inn e iba a pagar directamente en el hotel para poder así reclamar la factura, le dijeron que no debía pagar nada pues ya el hotel había cobrado la noche a la tarjeta de crédito que pusimos de respaldo y en consecuencia el hotel NO nos genera la factura; he enviado mil correos haciendo la solicitud de la factura, llamando al hotel y nadie me colabora. Sera la ultima vez que haga reservas en este hotel, pues uno como usuario se fía de las clausulas que ponen en la pagina y no cuenta con que las van a cambiar, generándole a uno como cliente inconvenientes posteriores, pues debo responder a mi empresa con el soporte de factura y como indico NO me sirve la que me da hoteles.com.....si este hotel no está dispuesto a respetar las condiciones de venta NO debería vender en estas paginas. NECESITO MI FACTURA
