Deixou a desejar

Pelas fotos já imaginava que seria simples, mas pecou em atendimento e limpeza. Quando cheguei mesmo dentro do horário de check in fui avisada que meu quarto não estava pronto, minha amiga chegou e não pediram nenhuma informação para ela, só o nome e já entregaram a chave e depois bem mais tarde pediram cadastro. Quando entrei no quarto o banheiro estava com a limpeza bem a desejar, os rejuntes bem sujos, o quarto não tinha frigobar e ficava isolado do lado de uma dispensa onde os funcionários pegavam algumas coisas fazendo bastante barulho. Café da manhã com pouquíssimas opções e sem reposição. No último dia tinha um pão, uma fatia de bolo e um pão de queijo, e algumas frutas, as pessoas que chegaram depois ficaram sem opção. Pão servido velho e duro. No checkout tinha uma criança para atender que queria me cobrar a estadia que já estava paga pelo hotéis.com ai tive que esperar ele conseguir o contato com um adulto para me liberar.Resumindo, não me hospedaria novamente, há hotéis melhores na região e na mesma faixa de preço.

Precisam investir mais na pousada

O casarão é bem bonito, so que precisam investir mais na pousada. No meu quarto o espelho estava TODO manchado, impossível de se ver, precisa ser trocado. O banheiro precisa de um box, feio demais um rodo dentro do banheiro. Café da manhã muito simples, quase sem opção, sem variedade. Tinha um cardápio, porem sugiro algumas coisas colocar na mesa, como frios e ovos mexidos. Fomos bem atendidos, porem nao voltaria.
