Superb service and great location

Great service form this young couple. Fantastic breakfast and dinner on the outside courtyard. The studio with 2 rooms we reserved was ideal for 2 brothers. Very quiet at night and in the middle of the wine tours. Located between Strasbourg and Colmar, a en a few miles from these beautiful Alsacian villages.

Bien mais ...

Accueil très sympathique par la gérante un peu moi mr (on a plus de contact avec le chien). Très beau cadre et très belle décoration dans le pt salon et la salle de restaurant (malgré les toiles d araignée). Dans la chambre très gentille attention avec le café offert(sauf absence de sucre et touillette). La literie serait a revoir(matelas qui s affaisse) La salle de bain correct malgré quelque tâche de moisissures sur les joints mais les toilettes bougent. Un petit coup de rabot a la porte de la salle de bain serait le bienvenu. L'insonorisation est inexistante et des rideaux occultants seraient mieux. Au restaurant service impeccable par contre les desserts sont a revoir (aussi bien goût que présentation un tiramisu doit être aérien et la crème brûlée se caramélise au dernier moment). Dans l ensemble nous avons quand même passer un très bon moment et remercie la gérante pour sa gentillesse et professionnellisme et lui souhaite beaucoup de bonheur pour son heureux événement a venir.

Facile à trouver, excellent accueil de la part de notre hôte. Petit château complètement rénové très agréable et très calme. Chambre spacieuse avec salle de bain bien équipée (jacuzzi) + terrasse. Un détail mais qui a son importance : une excellente literie. De plus le restaurant dans l’hôtel est tout simplement excellent. En conclusion une excellente expérience, nous pensons même revenir ;)

Geen aanrader

Verblijf van twee koppels in twee kamers. Het zag er eerst mooi uit, maar … - toen we om drie uur aankwamen, was het hotel nog dicht! We mochten pas om 5 uur binnen. - de wifi is schandalig slecht. - we sliepen zeer slecht omdat er op de zolder boven ons plafond een marter of ratten zaten die heel veel lawaai maakten. - de bar is zeer klein en wordt eerder gebruikt als ruimte voor de vrienden des huizes dan voor de gasten. - ook lag onze kamer aan de bar en op zaterdagavond was er tot zeker 1 uur heel veel lawaai, gemaakt door diezelfde vrienden. - het ontbijt is absoluut het geld niet waard. De broodjes en koffiekoekjes zijn niet vers. - de lavobo in de niet marter kamer was heel erg gebarsten en gelijmd en uit het bubbelbad kwam enkel geur en geen werking. - er is enkel een handdouche aan dat bubbelbad wat douchen heel erg moeilijk maakt. - we kregen enkel twee badhandoeken en geen vernieuwing van douchegel/shampoo terwijl zo 2 kleine flesjes niet voldoende zijn voor vier dagen voor twee personen. - De ene kamer was constant te heet, geen mogelijkheid om te verkoelen. De andere kamer, met openhaard, was koud en je kon enkel met een klein elektrisch vuurtje de kamer wat aangenamer maken. Het vroor buiten behoorlijk. - Er is tussen 11 u en 17.00 uur en ‘s nachts niemand aanwezig. Bij problemen ben je op jezelf aangewezen.

Sehr schöne Location. Hatten nettes Zimmer mit Whirlpool. Pool und Sauna waren leider außer Betrieb. Die Speisekarte ist übersichtlich aber die Küche ist hervorragend!!
