「Grimy sticky and run down room and hotel surroundings. No hand wash or soap. No conditoner. Breakfast is mass produced sugary pastries, cereals, salad and yogurts. Hot drinks were good. Dishes were not clean and the chaos is something else. Microwave is in awful state. No one cleans it by the looks of it. Pool is run down with no life guards. Staff look lifeless and not engaging. Basically it’s a Butlins 」
