「A lovely, quiet and private location. The pod is compact and well appointed, with a lovely modern feel. Very well presented and some lovely welcoming touches.
Communication was great from initial contact through to the welcome on arrival.
Parking is up the road but only a couple of minutes walk.
Highly recommended. 」

「The hotel allows children to use the indoor pool only between 9am - 10am and between 3pm - 4 pm. We couldn’t find that information when we booked, and the member of staff at the reception didn’t advise us that when we asked about the availability of the indoor pool with my daughter. It was disappointing. The hotel itself and general services were nice.」

「We booked our 3-night non-refundable reservation through Expedia and the listing said that parking was included. When we received our welcome email from the property manager we learned that the free parking was only for stays of a week or longer. The parking lot is a 10-minute walk uphill from the flat, costs £11/day. The flat is cute although small, but very quiet with a comfortable bed and well equipped galley kitchen. 「We had a very peaceful stay. The property was clean, safe, and well maintained. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a thoughtful goody bag filled with local treats and a few essentials, which was a lovely gesture from the host. The nearby local train station is a huge plus as for just £1.10, you can get to St Ives in under 5 minutes. Highly recommend!」

「The property was small but ok for 2 adults & a pet ... It was clean & modern ... I asked a couple of questions but got no reply ... it was advertised on expedia as having parking which was the main reason we booked it but there is no room anywhere near the property to park which i feel is false advertisising ...other than this we enjoyed our stay in Beautiful St Ives ....
