"Quality Inn Payson, AZ needs some upgrades. A chair in our room had a loose/weak front leg so we couldn't use it for concern it would come completely off and we could injure ourself. Exterior paint for the complex would help the appearance. Also, they need tables that don't feel like they are going to tip over at the continental breakfast! However, the breakfast presentation was nice and personnel were very polite and helpful! Our check in was a breeze because the person assisting was very polite, kind, and helpful. She gets five stars!! The hotel location is nice but the over all appearance of the hotel looks worn and outdated."
