"We had a delightful stay at this hotel in Palanga. The location is conveniently situated a short 10-minute drive from the city center, perfect for beach outings or enjoying walks and bike rides. The rooms are exceptionally clean and feature comfortable beds. We thoroughly enjoyed the spa facilities, including the saunas and pool. "All okay really, spacious room, robes, etc, but breakfast starting at 0800hrs on a weekday is not early enough (although take-away bagged makings for a sandwich, fruit and jogurt was provided). Lift inoperable during stay and no offer to help with luggage. Pool chilly and definately not 31C, but jaccuzi very pleasant."

Amazing customer service
"Amazing customer service. Great location, good amenities and breakfast. Receptionist Erika was absolutely above and beyond. Very friendly and helpful. My daughter had an issue which required medical consultation, so she was very anxious about it. We tried to find info about open clinics at the local pharmacy, but they sent us to the hospital (emergency room). When we got back to the hotel Erica found an open clinic for us, called there, helped with the language (we don’t speak Lithuanian) and got a consultation on the phone, therefore we had clear instructions from the nurse. All free of charge. She also cheered up and comforted my daughter. Thank you, Erica, you saved our day. "
