"Check in time was 2PM, would have been nice if they let us in the room at 1:45PM. Seems really good unnecessary to keep us out of room when it was already cleaned and available. Water in shower was at best luke warm on the highest setting. Not exactly up to standard on cleanliness and in room amenities. ..."
