The location was perfect and so the scenery and beautiful gardens, the attention of the girl in the kitchen was excellent she was super nice and friendly. Good breakfast. We took the suite with the jacuzzi which we were told wasn’t operative it only had water there with dirt and plants floating on it. Very disappointing, also to be a suite the little refrigerator was empty with no water or other drinks ( which obviously have to be paid for) not even a glass so we could drink water we bought at the store, on the first night there was not protection against the insects even though we asked for the device and repellent tablets to prevent bites. Finally it would be nice to have a phone so we could call the front desk. We hope all this deficiencies could be fixed soon.

Beautiful and centralized location. Breakfast options were fresh and delicious. The main pool was wonderful to enjoy in the midday heat. We stayed in the room with a private pool and absolutely loved it.
