Ideal location

Location was perfect, easy walk from the train station and right at the edge of the old town. Few minutes walk to the sea. Access was relatively easy. There is a double room where the air con is, the fridge is useful and the decor is nice. The twin area is right outside the bathroom with no windows and the air con isn’t as effective there, but overall it was a pleasant one night stay. If you have young children, would not recommend as the single beds are by the front door and you have to walk between them to get to the bathroom.

Great apartment for a quick stay in Bari - nestled between the Retail district and the old town, it was easy to find and get to/from. Parking is a couple of hundred yards away if you have a car, or it's a 10 minute walk to/from the Station along a pedestrian area. I arrived later - 9pm, and took the train for 5 Euros in from the Airport - super easy. Would recommend to anyone who wants to explore Bari (an amazing old town with some great restaurants). Would stay again on a future visit.

Bari Landlord 71, is in a great location right on the borderline of the old town and new city, it’s almost a straight walk (less than 10mins) from the train/bus station on pedestrian st. Sparano.. Entrance to the building and room is by combination lock. The bed is very comfortable the shower is great..The decor and the handyman DIY work in the property is questionable, but if you’re on a budget want a comfy bed and a good shower for a night or two this is the place for you..

I have a couple of notes: First, it will be great if more toilet paper will be provided for a stay of almost 1 week. Only 2 rolls were provided at the beginning, and I was able to get a couple of more rolls from a staff. Second, the light on the stairs were not working all the time, especially at night, sensor was not working at times. Third, I had 2 attempts from 2 different people to get to my room that it was located on the fourth floor (White room on the left side). First it was a gentleman who got the room on the right side, but the email reported according to him, that room was on the left side. Other couple tried also my room, and I had to tell me that it was the room on the right side. Not sure if both cases it was a mistake on the instructions. These notes are recommendations to consider, as can make a bit of a difference, service. Thank you very much

This accommodation is the worst ever. The top floor room of 5 story building has no elevator, only narrow stairs. Room heater and water heater do not supply enough temperature. Cold room in winter. Only one set of towels were supplied, never replaced during my 5 day stay even strongly requested. The landlord Insists it is enough based on Italian law and recommends we should stay in regular hotels if towels be replaced daily. We will not stay here again.

a localização é excelente. Muitas opções de bares , restaurante e comercio. Perto dos pontos turísticos . Os equipamentos e acabamento do quarto são bem rústicos. A janela não veda o suficiente para o barulho nos fins de semana pela proximidade dos bares. O problema maior é a falta de elevador para subir e descer os 4°andar com mala.
