Practical, it's near the main train station. Walkable to the main attractions too. It's all self service but no problem at all. We were provided with water cooker and assorted teas but the coffee capsule did not really work as it should be!

The location was undeniably strategic, but it came with a major downside: constant noise. To make matters worse, the noise wasn’t limited to outside — even inside the house, it was disturbingly loud. The lack of soundproofing in the room made it feel like there was no privacy at all. If you are passing by Bari for one night it should be fine but more than that I would not recommend.

Amplia habitación equipada con nevera, cafetera y hervidora. El baño es excelente, recién renovado. Adelante de la estación central de tren de Bari.

It's very sketchy at first. There is no reception and you're not made aware of how to check-in until AFTER you've made a reservation. You have to stand on the street and call the property who then buzzes you in the gate, stand outside rhe building and they buzz you in the building, walk up a flight of stairs and they give you a code to enter to open that door, then they tell you which room your in and you find a full set of keys hanging on the inside. You have to walk this Maxwell Smart labyrinth of doors anytime you come and go without the need to call again. At check-out you're told to lock the room and leave your keys at the desk by the self-locking door and follow the instructions on how to get out to the street which there are no instructions. There's an obscure button to open the gate. There is no room cleaning during your stay. It was a nice and clean room and the staff are friendly. It just feels sketchy and not typical for what travelers are or would expect. The whole process should be stated upfront before booking.

Lovely modern room and great to get extras like snacks! I found the street though that we were on to feel quite unsafe and not very nice. It was also very noisy in the mornings from traffic outside. I think the place is perfect if you want to be by the station as it’s opposite but wouldn’t stay any longer than 1 night

It was a lovely room! Had a lot of problems getting into the hotel but that was only because Expedia didn’t send the message not the hotels fault or staffs fault! It is not like a normal hotel, you have to be buzzed in through a gate, which is where my confusion came from!

Nice and clean, loud mornings

Nice and clean room, close to the train station and central Bari. Air conditioner and fridge stocked with drinks and snacks. Coffee machine with complementary coffee. A lot of noice from cleaning the other 3 rooms from 8-10 in the morning - if you’re a late sleeper, consider this, as it is impossible to sleep through. Also a tourist tax of 2€ per person pr day. You need to contact the owner in order to get in, as you have to go through 4 doors - and no one answers the bell from street level. Recommend to contact in advance

Agressivité du propriétaire

Lors de la réservation il avait spécifié la nécessité d’avoir deux lits distincts, mais cette demande n’a pas été satisfaite. Le propriétaire de l’hotel n’a rien fait pour tenter de trouver une solution. Il s’est même montré méprisant alors que je parlais italien (« parlez clairement, je n’en comprends rien à ce que vous racontez! »), il répétait que je ne savais pas utiliser le site et qu’il aurait fallu que je fasse une demande spéciale (chose que j’avais faite, ma réservation le prouve, mais il n’en a pas été tenu compte). Le propriétaire a été très agressif voire menaçant si jamais je postais une recension négative (« si vous faites une recension négative, je porterai plainte »). Pour finir, il m’a raccroché au nez. Il est à noter que le check-in se fait sans voir personne.
