「We arrived around 8 pm. The downside is there's no one to talk to any time of day. We did not get the room we booked and it was a different address/building as well. We were never informed of any change. Needless to say it's difficult enough to get access to your room if you have been given the incorrect address and incorrect lodging. Eventually after about 30 minutes trying to locate it in the dark after more than 24 hours of traveling across the world we found it. It was less than enjoyable.」

「The accommodation was very well located, and everything we needed was within walking distance. The breakfast was very complete. Our host was extremely helpful. My daughter became ill during our stay, and he was always available to help us with the ambulance and taxis. A huge thank you!! I would go back tomorrow morning!」

「I can't recommend this hotel highly enough! Location is so central and you can reach the old town in 7 minutes on foot. The room was beautiful and spotless. Very spacious. Air con worked perfectly. The cleaning staff did an excellent job. What made it special was the wonderful staff who went out of the way to make us comfortable. Big shout out to Raphaela, Alessia and Norberto. Thank you so much for looking after us. You were amazing! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!」

「Breakfast was good and staff very friendly. Parking extremely challenging… help desk was helpful with check- in. It initially was not a smooth process. Bed was comfortable and location was great. Paid triple the price of my original choice for this hotel, perhaps it was upgraded room, not sure… Overall, nice stay.」
