J'ai essayé de joindre une personne de l'hotel par mail, téléphone etc...personne réponds. C'est la premiere fois que je séjourné dans un lieux où il n' y a pas de lit, pas de chambre !! BUT, receptionist spoke only Polish and was not competent regarding the use of credit cards. The bathroom was very simple and small. Access to the run was through a staircase after exiting the elevator, which is to easy with luggage. The restaurant food middling, but service was friendly.」
