"走出旅館一分鐘就到捷運站，要去各個景點都方便。汽車停放非常方便，早餐也非常豐盛，大廳非常優雅。"

"機場接送非常的棒，可惜離開時沒有火車站接送！離鬧區有一點遠，算是居民區！"

"The hotel is in good condition. The breakfast/dining area is nicely organized as well. The room is a bit on the smaller side though so we are lucky we packed light. The kettle was quite tiny, I mean it looks cute for sure but could be bigger. The breakfast was so-so. While breakfast starts from 7:30 to 10:30am on weekdays and 7:30 to 11:30am on weekends, we were surprised that the warm breakfast items already ran out around 9am and the supposedly warm food was cold at times. The best item was the veggies, we love it a lot but you have to get there early because it always runs out! We are gutted that we didn’t get the chance to try out the hotel’s restaurant during our stay. We initially planned to try it out on Saturday night but we only found out the restaurant was closed that evening… I think communication could have been better. Overall, the reception and housekeeping staffs are pleasant and helpful. There was one housekeeping staff in particular (not sure about her name) but she always has a big smile on her face and was so cheerful, it was refreshing to see!"

"The room is spacious and clean. However, we are having unreasonable charge of one night without our consent. We paid for 2 nights and our credit card had been charged for the 2 nd night and we were found out this debit on our Visa card later. Not until our second email to the hotel that the management team explained this is a system error. We have very unpleasant stay with this issue."
