Staff was good and helpful, but bad location, dirty, not safe, loud, , so far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Very disappointed specially for a Marriott, Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else.

Our room (a small suite) was very clean and well designed with lots of storage space, all the amenities we could need and a big bed. The receptionist (Diana) was very helpful, responded quickly using the Sonder app chat function, and we were able to get into the room much earlier than the official 4pm check-in time, which was great. The only down-side was the noise from the room above, where people decided to stamp around in loud shoes and rearrange the furniture at 1:00am. This isn't the hotel's fault - it was the inconsiderate guests.

Absolutely lovely stay. It is in the heart of thr gothic center of Barcelona, about a 2 min walk from Las Rambals, 15min walk from the beach, and about 20min walk from the best shopping !

Nice stylish hotel with great location

Nice, big and clean room, nicely decorated! Perfekt for a family of four! Location was super for our purpose to discover the city! We had a great stay. The chat function worked perfecly and the friendly staff helped with evertything from booking taxis to finding the best breakfast place. The noice from nearby bars, as also mentioned in the description, was loud yes, but with ear plugs it worked ok for us! We liked everything else so could live with it. We come back!

We had a wonderful stay! Convenient to transit, in the heart of the Gothic Quarter. We had a fantastic time exploring Barcelona and Sander Los Arcos was the perfect home base.

We loved our stay! Quick and helpful and convenient staff via message whenever needed. Helpful and convenient luggage storage even after our stay so we could explore more. Loved our room - kept very clean and loved the style. Only downside was the noise of the night-life around us and the rest of the building, but we soon got used to it and what can you expect when you’re so close to La Rambla! Would definitely stay again! Thank you!
