The hotel is great and clean but they have a habit to enter your room at 22 hrs to close the balcony we asked them not to do it and to put a lock we dont need the balcony anyway, we refused to sign for that , even so the next day at 22 hrs they entered the room without even knocking the door specially we have time lag and we were sleeping . We were not happy with that, that was the reason did not put a 5 stars

They have a rule about be quiet since 9pm but the building is really noisy after that hour. It was rare that they have to enter to you room to open the balcony in the morning and to close it at night. The couch needed to be replaced We had a plumbing problem and we didn’t get any help.

Es un hostal y en ninguna parte de la info dice eso lo manejan como departamentos. Haces el check in en un hostal de pésimo ambiente. Cuando llegamos estaba la policía porque una chica estaba asegurando que la grabaron bañándose. Yo no lo recomendaría y más si vas en sentido familiar.

A 2 reprise des personnes de l'hôtel sont entré sans prévenir pour fermer la fenêtre (dont une a 23h) a 1h une canalisation des voisins c'est mise a faire un sifflement énorme comme si et étais dans notre appart. le cartier est très bruyant. a ce prix la, c'est une honte.
